Who am I?
I am Eeva Soltin, founder and CEO of Protectura Oy.
The engineering degree (B. Eng., 2001) provided a good foundation for expertise, but I have learned the most during my 20+ years working on product development projects related to survivability in an international multi-project environment.
The first ten years of my career were spent at FY-Composites Oy, developing personal protective equipment and armor for light vehicles. For the second ten years, I was able to work as a Chief Engineer responsible for the survivability of 6×6 and 8×8 wheeled vehicles at Patria Land Oy.

I am easy to work with and I am largely self-directed. Although I'm used to working alone, smooth collaboration lights me up. I have a large network of experts, so if I don't know, most of the time I know someone who does.
What is important to me?

Open and honest dialogue, comprehensive and pragmatic approach.

Lifelong learning and development.

The customer gets what is needed in a timely manner.

The right balance of planning and spontaneity.
